GERAI TEPIAN TEBRAU; Gerek Banget...

Malam tadi Cool Daddy & keluarga sudah terjah ke salah sebuah gerai makan di Gerai Tepian Tebrau ("GTT").  Gerai tersebut dipunyai oleh bekas rakan sekolah wife Cool Daddy.

Secara jujurnya, ini merupakan kali pertama Cool Daddy makan di GTT walaupun sudah banyak kali melalui kawasan tersebut. GTT ini memang selalu menjadi tumpuan penduduk JB dan juga dari Sebarang Tambak (Singapura).

Murtabak Kg Melayu Majidee

Kg. Melayu Majidee memang amat terkenal dengan beberapa tempat makan sedap yang selalu menjadi tumpuan penduduk di sekitar Johor Bahru dan Singapura. Wife Cool Daddy sendiri berasal dari Kg Melayu Majidee.

Antara tarikan yang terdapat di Kg Melayu Majidee adalah Murtabak. Kalau tak silap, ada lebih kurang 3 pengusaha murtabak popular di sini. Antaranya Murtabak Rafi (Man Tomok), Majid Murtabak Larkin dan Murtabak Azo 96.

Cool Daddy pernah merasa murtabak daripada ketiga-tiga pengusaha di atas. Masing-masing mempunyai keistimewaan tersendiri daripada segi rasa kuah, rasa isi murtabak dan kegaringan murtabak itu sendiri.

Harga murtabak lebih kurang sama iaitu dari RM7 (murtabak biasa) hingga RM12 (murtabak special).

Murtabak Rafi (Man Tomok) dan Majid Murtabak Larkin terletak berhadapan dengan Pasar Kg Melayu Majidee dan dipisahkan oleh 2 unit kedai sahaja. Majid Murtabak Larkin menyewa lot di Restoran Faridah.

Manakala Murtabak Azo 96 terletak berhadapan dengan Masjid Kg. Melayu Majidee.

Murtabak di Kg Melayu Majidee lazimnya menjadi tumpuan ramai ketika di bulan puasa.

The new international themepark, Legoland Malaysia is set to be opened to public by end 2012. It will offer more than 40 interactive rides, shows & attractions and ready to build your way through a full day on non-stop fun.

Legoland Malaysa is the first Legoland to be opened in Asia Region and the sixth Legoland park globally.

To be exact, Legoland Malaysia is located in Bandar Nusajaya, Johor. Nearby to Iskandar @ EduCity which house few international universities and smart school as well.

Puteri Harbour Family Themepark which featuring Sanrio Hello Kitty Town, The Little Big Club and Lat's Place is also located nearby to Legoland Themepark. 

LEGOLAND Malaysia is a joint venture project between IDR Resort Sdn Bhd (a company under Iskandar Investment Berhad Group) and Merlin Entertainments.

I had visited the site project in early 2011 during the initial construction of the LEGOLAND Themepark. The infrastructure & building works for the themepark was initially awarded to local Bumiputera contractor before the contract was pre-maturely terminated by the owner due to some reasons. 

The construction of the overall themepark was carried out by Sunway Group via its related company, Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd.

LEGOLAND Malaysia targeted 1.5 million visitors when it open its door. Since the launch of its pre-opening promotional annual passes in December 2011, over 10,000 passes have been sold, of which 60% to Malaysian.

TANJUNG PIAI - JOHOR NATIONAL PARK

Dubbed the southernmost tip of mainland Asia (Tanah Penghujung Benua Asia), Tanjung Piai is a haven for a diverse species of flora and fauna, including those unique to mangrove areas such as mangrove crabs, beady-eyed mudskippers and crab-eating macaques.
